Collaborate

Connect with experts at UCSF and industry leaders to move your innovation forward.

Confidentiality

Confidentiality agreements (CDAs) allow UCSF researchers to discuss findings and ideas while protecting future commercialization potential and evaluate opportunities for collaboration. These are also called Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) or as Secrecy Agreements.

If you think you may need a CDA or if you have received a CDA from a company, contact UCSF's Office for Innovation, Technology and Alliances for help.
